Terms & Conditions

Poshak lets you upload a garment photo and generate photorealistic AI images of a model wearing that garment. The Studio gives you control over:

• Pose & angle — re-generate the same look from a different angle.
• Identity — swap in a reference face while keeping the garment and scene intact.
• Background — swap the scene using an uploaded reference or a text prompt.
• Framing & styling — control composition, resolution, and overall styling.

Each generation consumes tokens from your account balance at the rate shown in the Studio before you generate.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• New accounts receive a free token allowance. Additional tokens are purchased as one-time, prepaid top-ups — not a recurring subscription. Purchasing a plan does not auto-renew and nothing is billed without you initiating a checkout.
• Plan prices are displayed in USD for reference. Because payments are processed in India via Razorpay, you are charged in INR, converted from the displayed USD price at the live market exchange rate at the time of checkout. The exact INR amount is shown before you confirm payment, and the rate used is recorded against your payment for your reference.
• Tokens are credited to your account promptly after a successful payment and are valid for the plan period they were purchased under.
• We reserve the right to change token pricing or plan structure prospectively; changes never apply to tokens you’ve already purchased.

Purchases are one-time and non-refundable once tokens are credited. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full policy and the one exception (failed/duplicate charges).

• You retain ownership of the garment and reference photos you upload.
• Subject to these Terms and full payment for any tokens used, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use images generated through the Service for your own commercial or personal purposes, including product catalogs, marketing, and social media.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any image you upload, and that it does not infringe a third party’s intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.
• If you upload a reference photo of a real person for identity swapping, you confirm you have that person’s consent to do so.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or store content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes a third party’s intellectual property or rights;
• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including intimate or sexualized imagery;
• Is defamatory, harassing, or intended to deceive (e.g. counterfeit product listings);
• Attempts to circumvent token limits, rate limits, or the security of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without a refund of any unused tokens.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, remove, or modify features, models, or resolutions offered in the Studio at any time.

AI-generated output can vary and is not guaranteed to be error-free or to exactly match a request. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepsoch AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Deepsoch AI Private Limited harmless from any claim arising from content you upload or generate, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@deepsoch.ai. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, liability, indemnification) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. We encourage you to contact us first at contact@deepsoch.ai so we can try to resolve any issue directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
